ST. LOUIS, Missouri - Police report that an unidentified young male found the body of a young woman in the alleyway adjacent to the Up Beat night club. The body was that of a young unidentified female, clothed in a tight black mini-skirt and pacing around while smoking a cigarette.
The male approached the female and complimented her body, explaining that he was very interested in female bodies. The female summoned a nearby police officer who arrived and assessed the scene.
At this time, two tickets were issued to the male. The tickets were given by a friend of the male. The tickets were backstage passes to an Usher concert beginning later that night. At this point, the female withdrew her complaint and departed with the male.
The officer closed his investigation at this time.
