The Tea Party's underwear related problems continue to cause concern amongst its members, as it was announced today that Sarah Palin had accidentally put her panties on inside out.
This incident is only the latest in a string of underwear problems suffered by the party this year.
In March, Senator Lynn Westmorland was seen to have a twisted bra strap, and in mid-June Senator Todd Akin managed to inadvertently put both legs through the same opening of his underpants.
"We are deeply worried by the latest developments" said a spokesman. "This latest news from Sarah Palin comes only days after Michelle Bachman accidentally put her panties on inside out and back to front[/strong. There are simply too many coincidences, and it must be the doing of someone opposed to our views. We strongly suspect that Barack Obama is behind this, and we will issue a full press release as soon as we have fabricated enough evidence".
Mrs Palin's lingerie coordinator was unavailable for comment.
