WASHINGTON, DC - Regardless of how lively the midterm elections might be, a new study shows that more than 23.7 million Democrat voters on current voter registration rolls across the country are dead.
In total, that means about 28.9 percent of all registered Democrats fall under the category of "apathetic voters" on the rolls, the term that Democrats use to define those voters who are dead.
"Some districts have a bigger problem than others. "With dead Democrats exceeding one in two in some counties, candidates might as well spend their time campaigning in cemeteries."
Among the findings, the study showed that states with the most dead Democrat voters were Illinois, Vermont and Oregon. The District of Columbia led the statistics with eight of ten registered Democrats dead.
