A SWAT team had suspect Ivan Longer Still, also known as "Dick Long", trapped on a hillside as he was a suspect in the killing of a co-worker. When Still, apparently trying to negotiate a steep trail, stepped on his penis and fell off.
The stand-off and chase leading up to the hill had been going on for some time, according to a member of the SWAT team.
"We yelled and told him that he was in danger as we could clearly see his manhood hanging below his short pants."
That was when Still tried to climb even higher and, placing one foot up to climb, got entangled with his pecker causing him to topple off the 150-foot hill.
Paramedics then rushed Still to the nearest hospital, where he was pronounced dead on arrival.
Officials at the hospital stated that Ivan Longer Still had a organ boner....donor card on him and an eBay auction is to be held later tonight.
