WASHINGTON -- Republicans stepped up their criticism of the SEC following unsubstantiated reports that senior employees spent hours surfing pornographic websites while they were supposed to be monitoring the U.S. financial system.
Former U.S. Senator from Idaho, Larry "Peekaboo" Craig, said it was "disturbing that young male senior staffers within the SEC were spending more time looking at porn than hanging out in airport bathroom stalls."
Soon after the report was released, Republican staffers realized that the real culprits were employees of the Sex Education College (a.k.a. SEC) whose offices are located nearby. The College's recently hired spokesperson, Ms. Bristol Palin, told reporters, "it's not like we were using the Republican National Committee's credit card and stuff".
