The ex Housewives star who accused the E4 shows creators of wrongfully terminating her contract and sexually assaulting her, has won her law suit in the high court of Mississippi after been tried in several courts across Europe and America.
The presiding judge said it was not due to the creators of the show been Gay activists or that he had came to his conclusion of the case through his well known anti gay & racist views, he went on to say it was more to do with the creators lack of ambition and terrible script writing that they left themselves open to this unfortunate law suit.
Mrs Sheridan's team claimed that if the script writers had given Mrs. Sheridan more lines to show off her remarkable acting talent in the show instead of fussing over what top and skirts showed off her feminine side best, then she may well be still in a job and not only did Mrs. Sheridan call the creators of the show Chauvinistic she also claimed one of the creators went as far as actually assaulting her after questioning his writing skills.
A statement was issued in response saying anyone who stared in knots landing could not justify questioning there creators writing skills and that after her performance in knots landing they had resurrected her career, although Mrs. Sheridan said the only thing resurrected was one Marc Cherry's trousers every time he had got her to wear very tight clothing, the whole fiasco came to a climax when Mr. Cherry had asked Mrs. Sheridan to falsely slip on the banana skin in one scene on wisteria Lane that he had taken from his trouser pocket and when she refused, he slapped her on the face with it.
Mrs Sheridan said she was not that desperate and would not have slipped on any banana in Mr. Cherry's trouser pocket.
Other cast member in wisteria lane have commented that as long as they had been able to have a bite of Marc Cherry's banana they would have been more than happy to play along. .
U.S. District Judge Glen H. Davidson said that having his favorite character been killed off was one of shock and horror and to listen to the circumstances felt he had no alternative but to rule in favor of Mrs. Sheridan and hoped the sum of 2 million dollars she was to receive would help her take more acting lessons as he did believe her acting in knots landing had a lot to be desired. E4 commented the show will go on and will still be a hit with its many followers.
Mrs. Sheridan has stated she is pleased she has finally recouped all the expenses she had lost to cosmetic surgery she had to under go over the 4 years she was in the show.
