In a speech before some 78 people yesterday, potential presidential candidate Ron Raul stated that he would like for the country to legalize the growing of marijuana with a portion paid to the government to get the national debt down.
He would also like to legalize prostitution.
"Currently pimps and gang members are getting rich off this in every big city. If we allowed from 5 to 500 prostitutes to operate in every city, the ladies would make their money legally, pay taxes on it and that too would help reduce our national debt."
In fact, Raul stated that between the two of them, we should have everyone paid off by the end of his second term.
"There are many products that can be made from the hemp plant, bring back our factories. Plus many people can use the marijuana for medical problems. We can drink alcohol, why not smoke some grass?"
Raul also pointed out that legalizing prostitution would reduce the amount of rapes committed every year.
"These two moves alone will cut organized crime off at the knees."
