Simi Valley CA: The Ronald Reagan Republican Rehabilitation (R4) Ranch for recovering liberals has added a new wing to its current facilities. A brief ribbon cutting ceremony was followed by family members and former Reagan administration officials giving short speeches.
The R4 Ranch was established during the second four year term of President William Clinton, as many disaffected Democratic liberals sought solitude to reconsider their ideology. The original facility was modest and was located near the Reagan Presidential Library. Patients came from all over the USA. Informally the edifice was called the Monica Pavilion.
In the first eight months of President Barack Obama's administration, the need for more R4 Ranch space became acute. New applications were received from San Francisco CA delusional Democratic liberals that exceeded the available number of patient beds. The new building was erected in record time using stimulus funding for shovel ready programs. The new wing is informally called the Pelosi Pavilion.
