(Washington, D.C.) Congressman Joe Wilson, who stepped into the national spotlight with his Tourette Syndrome like moment during President Barack Obama's speech, announced this week that his wife Roxanne has been diagnosed with swine flu.
Congressman Greg Walden is the only member of Congress to have contracted swine flu, though many Americans are hoping more cases are soon to come.
When late night show host Jay Leno alleged in his monologue that Wilson's wife may have contracted the H1NI virus from a "bi-partisan night with Walden", Wilson issued the following statement:
"You lie!"
