Hillary Clinton last night spoke out in defence of Congressman Joe Wilson's claim that Barrack Obama was lying.
The Secretary For State had been keeping schtum to see how it would play, but couldn't hold it any longer.
She said, "Poor old Joe's 'You lie' has been taken out of context. We all need to calm down a little and realise it is similar to what I was saying all through the Primaries."
Her move comes after former President Jimmy Carter branded the house of congress a bunch of stupid racists.
Police, meanwhile, entered the Clinton home and found Bill trussed up and gagged in a wardrobe, going a long way to explain his silence over the matter.
A spokeman for Hillary Clinton later tried to retract her statement, saying that she had misspoke.
