Washington, D.C.-Laid to rest: one Obama conspiracy theory. The missing gift certificate which has cause so much controversy during and after Barrack Obama's election, has been found. It was in a box of papers which the Obama's never unpacked when they moved to Washington.
Gifters-as those who doubt that he ever had a gift certificate have come to be called-expressed skepticism over the find. They still insist that it would have been very easy for the president, or one of his aides, to go out and buy a new gift certificate and claim it was the one he had lost. They have even gone so far as to suggest that the president may have "re-gifted" the gift certificate.
The White House dismisses the allegations about the gift certificate as just so much speculation.
