A typical texas Town caught in the draught of a drought

The myths of the ancients tell and retell of how the sins of the leaders visit upon the innocent citizens a shitload of hell to pay.

Even as in the Oedipus tale the hero is totally unaware of his transgression a plague can torment the people. Many Texans suffering from the eight year drought that has dessicated and dehydrated the Lone Star state are seeking an answer to the age old why us'ns...

When the Texas governor sent an envoy to the oracle of Delphi in search of the solution to their life threatening drought, the messenger returned with a delphic dilemma:

It stammers and stutters, no doubt

A court supreme resisted a recount

So a world of hurt has counted many out

And is dry and totally without a fount!

Till you kill the one among you who is a lout

Texas will continue in this terrible drought...

The three Texan wise men and the one virgin sought and thought hard and long over the Poseidon puzzle but none could solve the riddle of the Jinx. I will give a dozen yellow roses to anyone who can riddle their way through without committing suicide first.

The funny story above is a satire or parody. It is entirely fictitious.
