White House Press Secretary, Robert Gibbs, announced today that President Barack Obama will be releasing a new book in the summer of 2009.
The book is a follow up to the bestseller "The Audacity of Hope", however the theme has changed from political observation to what is described as a murder mystery set in 19th century London.
The title of the book is "The Audacity of Dr Hamilton and the Japanese Diamond".
President Obama is believed to be intending a number of other books in the emerging "The Audacity of..." series. Likely titles include "The Audacity of the Egyptian Pharoahs" (a study into the creation of the pyramids), "The Audacity of Billy the Kid" (a biography of the President's hero), and "The Audacity and Capacity, of the President's Voracity" (a book of selected poetry penned by Obama).
