The Alaskan governor knows how to milk the media, and this latest stunt is sure to generate much interest from undecided voters as well as countless millions of YouTube viewers, who will be able to access footage of the wax being done.
Palin hasn't been out of the news lately, which is good news for Senator John McCain - he's the old guy if you'd forgotten him!
The wax will be the first of its kind to be performed on a running mate live on national TV, in a special two-hour spectacular, The Wax Show.
