Sarah Palin, the Republican VP candidate, has been the victim of hackers who have infiltrated her Yahoo email account and obtained private information about the Alaska Governor.
A group calling itself Anonymous has claimed responsibility.
One of the suspects is the elusive writer from TheSpoof.com, Albany lawyer Warren Redlich, who was recently involved in a 'nude photos' scandal with Mrs Palin. He had nude photos of her, she had nude photos of him, oh, it was a right mess!
Now though, police in the capital have said that they want to interview Redlich about this latest incident, in which even MORE nude photos have been stolen.
A member of Republican leader John McCain's campaign called it:
"a shocking, shocking invasion of the governor's privacy and a violation of the law.
I wonder what the photos were like."
The new photos are thought to include distatseful nude and lewd scenes involving members of Mrs Palin's own family, Senator John McCain, Mr Redlich, some Muslims, two belly dancers and an alpaca. It's not known where this information came from.
A friend of Mrs Palin's, who wished to remain nameless, said:
"Sarah is very upset about this. There some very disturbing images in those emails, and the public would very much like to get their hands on them. If anyone has any information, they should drop Sarah an email at gov.palin@yahoo.com. She'd feel so much better then."
