Houston - The remnants of Hurricane Gustav are forecast to dissipate tomorrow once it crosses the northern part of Texas and reaches Senator Biden's hair. The National Hurricane Committee continues to urge residents to remain indoors until Gustav reaches the nape of Biden's neck where his hair is thickest which should cause the hurricane to lose much of it's energy.
The storm is predicted to pick up speed again as it reaches his bald spot and then be directed by his comb-over to one side of his face by which time the worst should be over.
Guardsman are standing on duty to groom Biden's hair once the storm has passed.
This is not the first time that Senator Biden has used his coiffure to reign in Mother Nature.
Biden has battle scars from fighting many tornadoes and firestorms in the House of Representatives.
