A pizza that looked so much like Ron Paul that Hillary Clinton threatened to use it as a voodoo doll has sold on eBay for $1.9 million. Word has it Republican contenders has purchased it and plan to use it for TV commercials over the next 2 months.
John McCain apparently re-financed the mortgage on his house to make the purchase. It appears he has gone into panic mode as his campaign is being seen as the "dead man walking commercial" shown recently. He believes he can successfully beat the pizza in a live debate, whereas he has been much less successful against the real Ron Paul.
Fred Thompson has declined to debate the pizza, but says he will pose for photos including the pizza and the other candidates.
Still, it is thought that after filming the commercials, McCain may actually perform voodoo on the pizza, as he thinks putting the pizza in the freezer could cool the Paul campaign off. McCain says,"Instead of giving peace a chance, I will give a piece of pizza a try."
