Washington DC - (Ass Mess): Perjuring, lying Bush Administration toerag Scooter Libby has asked US District Judge Reggie B Walton if he can serve his 30 months jail sentence 'in the same cell as Paris Hilton'.
Libby was also fined $250,000 for lying to investigators about what he told reporters about CIA agent Valerie Plame.
But his attorneys have asked Judge Walton if the fine can instead be converted to a charitable donation, such as the Lewis Scooter Libby Is Innocent, OK! trust which campaigns for justice for White House employees accused of covering up for the Bushes.
Special Prosecutor Patrick Fitzgerald has indicated that there is little hope of Libby being allowed anywhere near the Women's Penal Colony where Hilton is currently serving 23 days hard labor, but indicated he was aware that Libby had already filed an appeal.
