"That was easy"

Washington DC, (FP) - President Bush, on the heels of National Security Presidential Directives (NSPD) 51, which gives the president sole power of the universe in the event of an undefined catastrophe, signed a new directive into power today, without the consent of anyone else in government.

The purpose of the directive is as follows:

    Purpose

    (1) This directive establishes a single comprehensive response to all questions and inquires directed at the executive branch of the United States Government regarding any matter. This policy establishes a sole response of "That was easy" for all executive departments and agencies, and provides guidance for State, local, territorial, and tribal governments, to provide the same response.

A senior spokesman for the office retail chain had this to say, "Thanks for the free publicity, Mr. President."

Several calls made to the White House this morning garnered the same repeated response, "That was easy".
