Inspired by her testimony before Congress, Playboy editors have reached an agreement with former Justice Department attorney Monica Goodling to feature her in a section highlighting women of Washington D.C. sans clothes.
"We were worried that her strong Christian beliefs might be an obstacle, but she was all over the idea from the start," said a Playboy executive.
The list of women being considered for the magazine's D.C. photo essay is a closely guarded secret, although several names have surfaced repeatedly, including Secretary of State Condi Rice, Minnesota congresswoman Michele Bachmann, and political pundit Ann Coulter.
"The spread will be tasteful yet erotic," said a Playboy representative. "No animals, whips, or midgets. We really want this project to have a touch of class."
Goodling declined to comment, although as she entered the Capital for further testimony, she did flash reporters a glimpse of a "Lady Justice" tattoo on her right breast.
