EP (Exasperated Press) - Today, Dick Cheney found out where babies come from. You could see the glee in his eyes as he touched his alleged daughter's belly and listened for noises.
"Babies don't come from cabbage patches or storks like George told me," Cheney replied, "They grow inside ladies bellies and come out their belly buttons."
When a reporter asked if Cheney knew how babies got into the mothers' bellies, and asked if he knew what a vagina was, he looked astonished.
Cheney said, "Why no. I didn't think of that. I just thought they were a blessing from Halliburton. I never had anything to do with a vagina when I worked for Halliburton, but Mary appeared in my wife's belly. I beleive it was divine intervention by Halliburton."
