President Bush announced today that he was Borrowing money to Solidify his "Ownership Society"
The President explained "You see in an Ownership Society sometimes you have to be in Debt --- to own that is. Now we are a uhh Ownership Society -- only it's owned by the Chinese
"Now I believe the Dollar will make significant gains vs the Yen in the next physical quarter and I uhh have a 100 Dollar bet with President Hu "
The Presidential Aide interjected: "Mr President that's Yen -- he wouldn't take Dollars"
To which the president replied: "Yes, I mean Yen"
