It isn’t the American way. America has always been telling itself and the world how civilized it is, how great it is, how it’s the greatest country in the world … yawn … and we in the rest of the world have had to listen to their shit for too long.
Now with one of their presidents going to jail (got close with Tricky Dick Nixon, but lucky for those presidential pardons letting the criminal elite go free, saved his ass, so that America could keep telling everyone how great it was) … again yawn …
Tis absolute proof that America is NOT the greatest country in this or any other world. When an empire commits atrocities around the world … that’s fine, that’s fine, because it’s not them, it’s the savages, the barbarians – they are the greatest, most civilized … yawn … but when it IS one of theirs …
This is proof, and the right-wing can’t stand it (unless it was a Dem, of course, then they’d be fine with America morphing into some other nation … oh wait, they already tried that – twice – and it failed both times.)
So to the rest of the world, we can all now sigh with relief that (hopefully) we will no longer hear how great Amerigo Vespucci is … he stinks as bad as the land he came from, spreading his stench to the land he invaded and called Little Italy … aka, Godfatherland …
