BILLINGSGATE POST: Life is a shell game with but one predictable outcome; you’re gonna get screwed in the end. What we see isn’t necessarily what’s happening. In time and space there are unlimited variations of reality. To cope with this, Modern Science has developed artificial intelligence. By definition, artificial intelligence ain’t real.

Mirages have always been out there. What you see isn’t necessarily what you get. If you have ever reached for something that wasn’t there, you know what I mean. As usual, the common man has always been the most susceptible to seeing things that aren’t real.

As testimony to this, “Cool Water” was written in 1936 by Bob Nolan. It was originally recorded by Vaughn Monroe and The Sons of the Pioneers in 1948. It was later recorded by Hank Williams.

Keep a-movin' Dan don't you listen to him Dan
He's the devil, not a man
And he spreads the burnin' sand with water
Say Dan can't you see that big green tree
Where the water's runnin' free
And it's waiting there for you and me
And water
Cool, clear water

Dan was no fool.

When asked if he ever found the water, he responded:

“Is a Hobby Horse’s dick Hickory?”

Dr. Slim: “I always thought it was balsum.”

Dirty: “Yo, Dr. Dude. You must be getting old.”

The funny story above is a satire or parody. It is entirely fictitious.
