Washington - President Donald Trump flew on Air Force One yesterday, to Los Angeles for a fundraising dinner in Beverly Hills. Speaking to his audience of wealthy donors, he chided local authorities for allowing the homeless population to increase dramatically in the last several years, and offered a plan to alleviate the problem.
“We’ve got a way to help the homeless, since Californians, who are very unfair to me, have failed. Homeless people love me, nobody has done more for the destitute than I have,” said the President.
Later in the day, sources reported that some homeless individuals had checked into several Trump-owned properties, and resorts in Florida, with the federal government paying the hotels for the rooms at the rack rate plus 10%.
