Washington, DCIn a survey taken by a local newspaper, it was found that most Republicans do not use e-mail because they don't know how. In fact, 23% of Republicans were found to believe that e-mail is evil and a tool of the devil.
The reporter first suspected that Republicans might not know how to use e-mail when she attempted to e-mail each Senator and only found e-mail addresses for 89% of the Democrats, and only 16% of Republicans. Of the Republicans with e-mail addresses, only 8% actually replied and 4% of those contained summons for conspiracy.
