Paul Ryan's much anticipated budget report was released and as expected he really sticks it to America's poor, in fact he kills them!
The new strategy called "Soylent Purple" amazingly cuts spending and balances the budget is just six months. In a nut shell, the proposal seeks to round up the poor and undeserving takers of America and puts them to work on massive food processing plants to be located in Ryan's home state of Wisconsin.
"Not only will this restore this great country for those who deserve it, we will create thousands of jobs for Wisconsin residents working at the "food processing plants" Ryan said at a press conference in Crackerville Wisconsin.
"The poor will be injected with a lethal but painless drug known as antiminoical and then their bodies will be processed into a much needed food source for third world, mostly black countries" Ryan boosted proudly, "What could be more American than that"?
Ryan will now begin working on the "Send them back to where they came from" bill which Ryan hopes to bring to a vote right before Christmas of 2014.
