NEW YORK CITY - Noted New York City attorney Orson Manicotti has just filed a lawsuit on behalf of 16 New York City residents.

The lawsuit is based on the fact that the government of Canada was told by The United States Department of Weather that they needed to seed their clouds with anti-snow pellets in order to cut back on the severity of the Winter snow storms that have been pounding the East Coast.

An inside source with the Canadian government stated that Canada had the capital to take on a huge cloud seeding project but instead the money was diverted to study the mating habits of moose, elk, caribou, and Mallard ducks.

New York City attorney Orson Manicotti has said that as a result of Canada's negligence the Eastern part of the United States has been hit with some hellacious mother effen Winter snow storms such as The Yukon Polar Vortex and The Klondike Polar Vortex, both of which originated up in Canada.

SIDENOTE: National Focus Magazine is reporting that Manicotti's lawsuit is asking for $24.7 million. The New York attorney did point out that he is willing to settle out of court for $24.2 million.

The funny story above is a satire or parody. It is entirely fictitious.
