Pennsylvania - The owner of a pizza shop whose wood-fired oven exploded last month causing widespread damage in the Green County area has vowed to make it up to customers with his latest giveaway.
Pepe Mozarella says anyone ordering one of his famous double pepperoni pizzas this week - with or without extra jalapeños, anchovies, black olives, capers, sweet corn, roasted pancetta, marinated Shitake mushrooms, baby cornichons and/or Monterey Jack cheese parings - will receive an unexpected gift.
"Everyone get a barrel of my sweet light crude by way of thank you," Pepe said today, "eez the least I can do, considering."
