DENVER - Colorado's State Department of Cannabis has just stated that the price of pot has gone up to the point where the product is now being transported from the processing plants to the pot shops in armored vehicles.
Hollis Hoffteen, 37, with the CSDC told the news media that unfortunately the incidence of individuals holding up marijuana delivery trucks had gotten out of hand.
He mentioned that last week two individuals in Boulder were wounded as they tried to rob a Cadillac Escalade SUV that was delivering some weed to a pot shop in downtown Boulder.
Meanwhile in Denver, Ned and Ashylyn Buxworthy, owners of The Magic Marijuana Mistress Pot Shop have said that they have switched over to using an armored car service and they have not had any bit of problem.
SIDENOTE: The Goliath Armored Vehicle Service Company of Denver has said that due to the increase in business they have had to purchase six more armored cars.
