NEW YORK CITY - The state of New York has issued an apology to the state of Pennsylvania.
A reporter for Tittle Tattle Tonight took some video of approximately 600 New York state dump trucks filled with snow crossing into Pennsylvania and dumping the snow in isolated areas of the state.
Tapioca Swizzle with 3T said that she could not believe what she was seeing. She noted that the trucks were all traveling at a high rate of speed, at night, and many had covered up their New York state license plates with duct tape.
Miss Swizzle showed the video to an assistant to the governor of Pennsylvania. The governor of Pennsylvania was shown the video and he immediately got on the phone and called up the governor of New York.
Afterwards Miss Swizzle was informed that the matter had been resolved after an apology was made along with a promise to pay for the illegally dumped New York snow.
Story Update: Miss Swizzle has said that the next morning she received a phone call from a Mr. Salvatore Goombalini of Brooklyn who said that he would like to meet with her as soon as possible at an address that is located beside the East River.
