NEW YORK CITY - Cheryl Cole was in New York City filming a television commercial for Jose Cuervo Tequila.
The British singer was asked how things were going with her and her boyfriend, Manchester United soccer player Javier Hernández Balcázar better known as Chicharito.
The 30-year-old Cole smiled and said that things are good other than the fact that he has started flirting quite a bit lately.
She said that truth be told she is very upset with her younger boyfriend who is 25.
Cheryl said that they recently had some drinks at a Hooter's in West Hollywood and Chicharito ended up with one of the orange-short shorts clad girls sitting on his lap and acting like he was a movie star.
Cole said she told the cute little gal to get off of her boyfriend's crotch or she would call the manager and report her.
The waitress quickly got up but not before Chicharito told Cheryl that she was acting like some jealous little Miley Cyrus type.
SIDENOTE: A close friend of the couple told Bedroom Pillow Talk that the two do not seem as happy as they have been in the past. He added that Cheryl is angry that Chicharito has refused to get a tattoo with her name.
