COLORADO SPRINGS, Colorado - The owner of Bubba's Pikes Peak Diner in Colorado Springs is smiling from ear-to-ear these days.
Beaumont "Bubba" Rindello spoke with American Spotlight Magazine and said that just in the three days since he added Pot Pot Pies to his menu list, his sales have skyrocketed.
He commented that he has had to hire five new waitresses and two more cooks to keep up with the demand for his Bubba's Pikes Peak Pot Pot Pies.
Rindello told Cutter Shiloh with ASM that he has had customers come to his diner from as far north as Denver and as far south as Pueblo and each and everyone said that they will definitely come back.
SIDENOTE: "Bubba" Rindello pointed out that his eating establishment was the very first in the entire state of Colorado to offer Marijuana Brownies.
