YUMA, Arizona - In what many local citizens are calling an unbelievable story, Arizona State Police have found a 15 foot by 20 foot wooden building that housed at least a dozen Al Qaeda members.
Sergeant Cameron Moneymix with the ASP stated to the news media that the hideout was found by Larry, a member of the Arizona state police K-9 squad.
Larry and his handler Wescott Fricky were looking for illegal drugs that had been reported by a long time Yuma resident Valencio Papolote.
Officer Fricky reported that they found all kinds of very interesting documents which clearly showed what the Al Qaeda operatives had in mind.
None of the terrorist members were in the hideout and authorities believe that they could have been eating at a local fast food restaurant in Yuma.
Sergeant Moneymix reported finding all kinds of empty fast food bags and drinking cups from such national food chains as McDonalds, Burger King, Pizza Hut, Jack-In-The-Box, Dairy Queen, and Burger Bandit.
Police did not want to comment too much on the secret papers that were discovered underneath the kitchen sink, but one officer who spoke on grounds of anonymity did say that the Al Qaeda operatives were planning to kidnap Maricopa County Sheriff Joe "Pinky" Arpaio and ask for $10 million in ransom.
