A two minute clip shows world renowned breast tattoo artiste Giovanni Gorgonzola-Mortadella toiling away with his 18-carat gold inker over Angelina's brand new, heaving 34D breasts.
"You a-sure you no-wanna companion tattoo on your lower back, Bellissima?" the skin etcher coos in Angelina's ear as the brand new nipples begin taking shape.
Scorn on the actress' face is all too visible as she puffs away gently on an exotic cheroot to while away the hour or so that the creation of stunning new nipple tattoos necessitates.
