DALLAS TX- The grand opening of the George W. Bush presidential library on May 1st has sparked a great deal of controversy. The opening has re-ignighted one of the great debates of our time. Who's superheroes are more badass?
While the Supreme Court has refused to weigh in on the Marvel v. D.C. issue, the debate rages on in light of the nearly even distribution of comics in the presidential collection.
It is rumored that on display in the rotunda of the library, next to the shoe that was thrown at him in Iraq in 2008, and the massive IOU that launched Medicare part D, will be shown the actual plates from which X-MEN issue 1 was printed, and the actual set of Spider-Man underoos that the former president wore under his flight suit when he gave the "Mission Acomplished" speech on the aircraft carrier USS Abraham Lincoln.
Both Stan Lee and Kevin Smith declined comment.
