The possibility of arriving at the Republican Convention without a clear-cut leader has become more of a probability since Rick Santorum and Mitt Romney have begun engaging in a pissing contest as to who is more conservative than the other.
In reaction last week to a comment by Santorum that human life began at conception, Romney shot back that life really begins once the man had paid for dinner and a movie because unprotected sex would be inevitable.
Changing his stance slightly, Santorum then one-upped Romney when he declared that paying for dinners and movies was never a guarantee that child-creating sex was imminent, at least not in rural Pennsylvania in the 1970s. For that reason, human life began in the scrotum.
