Pharmacies in Wales will be the first to trial the brand new "morning after" pill which has already been a big success in the US.
Health Minister Edwina Hart made the announcement in the Commons yesterday, claiming that the pill would have a beneficial effect on the pockets of most Britons.
If a person takes the pill on a Friday night, they will fall asleep within a few minutes and will not wake up till sometime the next morning.
They will awake with all the symptoms of a hangover - mouth as dry as the bottom of a bird cage, pounding headache and cold sweats. But they will not have spent a penny.
"Its genius," proclaimed Ms Hart.
Social scientists have estimated that using the pill will save the average Briton £75 on a typical Friday night.
