Shimon Peres, the President of Israel, whilst calling Britain an anti-Semitic state had made Tony Blair an honorary Israeli for his work killing civilians in Iraq.
It is a rare honour and as part of the ceremony he exchanged his foreskin for a silver Menorah which he says will have pride of place next to his Booker Prize for his autobiography.
We understand Tony is slightly miffed that the Menorah is only silver plated brass. He is understood to have told aids that if he had known it wasn't solid silver he would have given them Gordon Brown's foreskin and kept his own.
