Former British Prime Minister Tony Blair has said publicly for the first time that He "wouldn't mind" becoming the next Pope.
Blair, mad, was speaking to the BBC's Political correspondent Nick Robinson, and said that He believes He is the man to correct the faltering path of the juddering Catholic empire, and to get Catholics back on track and into church, after recent scandals the details of which, are too disgusting to mention here.
The Edinburgh-born nugget, 57, converted to Catholicism in 2007, and has had three years to get his feet under the Vatican table. Now, he is ready, he says.
Grinning from ear to ear with that nailed-on 'smile', Blair said he had missed being in the public eye, and that the 'Pope job' would suit him down to the ground.
This man should never have been allowed to go to university.
