Soccer RAT Wayne Rooney was found dumped inside a council wheelie bin yesterday and the culprit has been caught in the act on CCTV
Coleen Rooney, a local housewife stayed tight-lipped about the incident as she went shopping in Liverpool.
The 24-year-old was left devastated after it was revealed she had been caught on CCTV dumping the "rat" into the bin, but she remained unrepentant.
A spokesperson for the "British Institute Granting Cessation Of Cruelty and Kidnapping", or B.I.G.C.O.C.K. for short said "we usually clamp down on this kind of behaviour but under the prevailing circumstances it appears that Mrs Rooney may well have been forced to take this course of action for her own good"
