Moscow - In a four hour press conference Vladimir Putin was asked about the remark that British Prime Minister Gordon Brown made about ex-KGB officers who once worked for the defunct Soviet Union.
Mr. Brown in his best 'Prime Ministral' mood, stated that, "Ex-KGB officers do not have a soul and should be ashamed of themselves!"
Upon hearing the Brown statement, Putin had this to say, "Heads of State really need to have a head, obviously Brown doesn't have one. What's really odd is he's always looking for some 'head' anywhere!"
The crowd broke up and the laughter lasted for almost ten minutes.
