Prudence Staite's 39lb choccy tribute to the Twilight star was originally fashioned like a giant Easter egg - a hollow lightweight much like any chocolate bunny.
And then a brainwave struck the food carving artiste, inspired by an 'immaculate confection' chocolate Jesus that's stuffed with Paschal mini-egg 'soul food' creme.
"Why not make it as lifelike as possible?" Ms Staite declared, filling the 75% cocoa solids shell with 36lb of secret recipe home-made fudge.
"That sure filled him out," Ms Staite added, "swelling his cheeks inside and outside and giving some gravitarse (sic) to that slightly anorexic-looking shell of his."
Staite says she's been inundated with thousands of requests to 'gobble up' her sweet Edward Cullen image since pictures of it were posted on the web this weekend.
"Mostly sweet-toothed guys saying they want to sink their fangs into it," Staite added.
The bust is prize in an online competition.
