Dave Ross who has been studying crimes for years is totally pissed off with our stupid laws which are so much in favour of the criminals as opposed to the rights of innocent victims and law abiding citizens.
There are so many cases of murderers being freed from prison only to go on and kill again or people being killed trying to protect their lives and property from criminals. You can even end up in prison trying to protect your home from vicious criminals.
So Dave Ross has come up with a new law to deal with murderers,violent burglars and rapists. He calls it the policy of the Daleks and it would certainly lower the crime rate and get rid of lots of criminals. The policy of the daleks is very straight forward EXTERMINATE EXTERMINATE EXTERMINATE.
