A Strange Creature Arrives On The Galapagos

Prince Charles has arrived in the Galapagos Islands during his world tour. He is expected to visit Lonesome George. A slow-moving depressed individual with no apparent purpose to live and nothing to look forward to, Charles will spend time with the giant tortoise.

The islands became famous because of Darwin's visits and his writings. There have been many strange species on the island. Princes William and Harry are thought to have visited the blue boobies on several occasions.

Charles has also brought his wife, Camilla, with him. He hopes that the visit could finally explain why she looks so much like a horse. Darwin wrote about the survival of the fittest, but he also looked at how some unusual creatures could survive in isolation. Camilla is clearly one such creature.

The trip is part of a world tour. Charles has been stung into action during the current recession. The public are beginning to complain about paying for the Royal Family. And Camilla was moaning about needing a holiday.

Charles has met Indian tribes in the South American jungle. He will now meet a very old tortoise. And he was worried that he was not getting any important state roles?

Charles will next spend a weekend in Clacton looking for the missing link.

The funny story above is a satire or parody. It is entirely fictitious.
