Cats have been a menace in the town of East Cheswick for many years now. Feeding off the overflowing garbage and chasing small kids off the playgrounds, these feline beasts have made life miserable for the residents.
However, there has been respite after the Fire Department developed an ingenious way to get rid of the cute furry animals.
Called the CKtC method, initially developed by pet scientist Adam Deviler, it has been perfected for large-scale use by the local Fire Department.
Local fireman, Dave Miffer explained the process - "CKtC stands for Curiosity Killed the Cat. It works by inducing curiosity in the cat. This can be done in many ways depending on how the cats are. For example, we ask the cats questions or show them incomplete movies."
The results have been encouraging. Most cats have either died or have left the town. And the pied pipers are back in business.
