The latest photo of "Mad Harry" on the run.

In breaking news, sightings of well-known psychological bonehead, Harry the "Mad" Bastard, have been made in rural Nottinghamshire. Harry, a long term itinerant, has made his reputation purely by being mentally unstable and being refused entry to the armed forces of Great Britain.

Harry has never settled down in one location, and has been on the road for the last twenty-five years. Some people believe he is a distant relation of the Royal family, but this has never been confirmed. Another rumour has it he is the great-grandson of the last Tsar of Russia, Nicholas Ii.

Harry is noted for his unusual avoidance of the general public, and also for making animal-like utterances that scare people utterly. He once caused a whole village to evacuate because of his weirdness.

Police are keen to catch the idiosyncratic fellow, and remove his threatening character from the English landscape.

The funny story above is a satire or parody. It is entirely fictitious.
