Gavin Diskerud and Ruth Diskerud's relationship has been said to be on a verge of breakup for some time. However sources close to them claim the only thing keeping the couple together is the prospect of them inheriting money from Gavin Diskerud's rich uncle.
"Uncle Stephen made a lot of money through his road haulage business," said Mr Diskerud, "and he's been going to the doctors a lot recently, I'm hoping he'll pass soon and Ruth will get all his money. If it weren't for that I would have left Ruth years ago.
"Sometimes at family get togethers if I see him choking on one of Ruth's casseroles I have to admit I get excited to see if this is the moment when we can start to celebrate. However unfortunately he always survives"
