Some Senior Council official charged the taxpayer more than £100 to buy presents for their chauffeur on an all-expenses paid trip to France, while another Senior Council official bought silk ties from "London's oldest tailor and robe maker".

However, what is WRONG with these guys? There's not ONE mention of buying expensive, gorgeous, young hookers and prostitutes? They have NO idea how to piss away other people's money! The shame of it all....
