"The match that never was!"

London UK: British Football (Soccer) Fans in attendance at Wembley Stadium were sorely disappointed when a highly touted match between the Birmingham National Panthers (BNP) and the Cardiff Polar Bears (CPB) was suddenly cancelled.

Everything started out normal, as the BNP team in their black uniforms with red armbands defended the right goal net and the CPB team in their red uniforms with black armbands defended the left goal net. The BNP team consisted of Mr.'s Goebbels, Peron, Spear, Pinochet, Hussein etc etc; and the CPB team consisted of Mr.'s Lenin, Marx, Trotsky, Khrushchev, Guevara etc etc.

The BNP coach Mr. Hitler and the CPB coach Mr. Stalin met with the referees and claimed the two teams only needed one soccer goal net. They stated that "both teams have the same aim of subjugating the Democratic Football League and destroying the game." The head referee promptly cancelled the match.

The funny story above is a satire or parody. It is entirely fictitious.
